Public bicycles is a system that utilizes an electronic unmanned automation management system, providing bicycle rental services where bicycles are rented from one location and returned to another. The aim is to use bicycles as the last-mile transportation solution for the public transportation system, thereby encouraging more people to willingly use public transportation and simultaneously achieving environmental conservation and energy-saving goals. Since the year 2021, the public bicycle system in this county introduced the MOOVO system, which will offer both electric-assisted bicycles and smart bicycles. Through the upgrade of the public bicycle system, it is hoped that private vehicle usage will decrease, leading to a city with clean air, a healthy environment, and enhanced convenience.
