“Eagles Soar over Bagua Mountain” eagle viewing event is held in Changhua every spring in March. The event was started by Wild Bird Society of Chanhua in 1992 in response to the promulgation of Wildlife Conservation Act, hoping to protect Grey-faced Buzzards in the county. The environmental fair approach is adopted to promote the concept of conservation and encourage people to respect life together.

“Eagles Soar over Bagua Mountain” is derived from the imagery of Grey-faced Buzzards “Eagles” soaring above” Bagua” Mountain.
The event will be held on March at the eagle observation platform, and Grey-faced Buzzard, ecological conservation and cultural & creative aesthetic enthusiasts are invited to participate in the event to enjoy the experience of ecology, life, cultural & creative aesthetics, and sightseeing.
