Handmade steamed dumpling is the store’s signature dish. Each day, scallions, cabbages and fresh pork (30% fat and 70% lean meat) are thoroughly mixed by patting stirring the ingredients in a clockwise manner. Special semi-fermented dough is used to produce the wrapper, thus each steamed dumpling is succulent and flavorsome, making it the essential dish for tourists in Changhua!
