Located on Mt. Bagua, “Ok Tea Co., Inc.” combines traditional tea with modern tea-making process to provide consumers with the “purest” tea.
* Reduces the release of tea tannins to prevent astringent taste and strengthen sweetness. When cold-brewed, the sweet amino acids in tea leaves are dissolved first, while the source of bitter and astringent taste such as tannin and caffeine are prevented from being released.
* Decreases caffeine content to alleviate burden on the stomach wall. People suffering from upset stomach after drinking tea can drink cold-brewed tea to avoid the problem. The low caffeine content also improves poor sleep quality caused by drinking tea.
*減低茶單寧釋出,避免苦澀味,加強甜度:因為冷水中,茶葉中帶甜味的氨基酸分子,易先溶出,而苦澀來源的單寧酸、咖啡因較不易釋出。
*降低茶湯咖啡鹼含量,減輕胃壁負擔,對於喝茶易造成胃部不舒服問題,冷泡茶湯將可避免。而其咖啡鹼含量降低,也可改善因喝茶影響睡眠之狀況。
