Chizi noodle is also known as Wentsan noodle among the older generation, which was created by Mr. Wen-Tsan over half century ago. Chizi noodle is still prepared using bamboo noodle skimmer, freshly made noodles and broth stewed with cattle bones. This is complemented by old fashioned minced pork and fresh ingredients. In addition to three types of balls (shrimp balls, meat balls, taro balls) and fried rolls, the restaurant also offers other foods such as pork chop rice, braised pork rice, pork knuckle rice, and assorted side dishes. Chizi noodle sold by this restaurant is unlike other offerings on the market in that it consists of plain noodles complemented by shrimp balls and fried rolls. The rich garnishing on top of the noodle is the key to its irresistible flavor.
趩仔麵其實就是一般的切仔麵,但是這裡的仔麵特別之處在於,清麵加上蝦丸、炸捲等,豐富配料使得整碗麵可口誘人。
