With over two decades of experience in pastries, owner Chin-Wen, Tsai founded Sheng Shiang Long Foods in 2002. Over the years, he pursued constant innovation and insisted in using only the finest ingredients. Together with his proprietary pastry knowhow, he has always sought to break through tradition via improving flavors, product packaging and catalogue design, thus he is able to stand out in the highly competitive baking industry. Sheng Shiang Long’s products including lu yu shao, longan cake, mochi pastry, handmade mochi and mung bean pastry offer luxurious, mouthwatering texture. Tourists are welcome to purchase the large selection of products.
