Jin Sheng Tang glutinous oil rice is a renowned delicacy in Lukang. Instead of electric rice cooker, the chef insists in using a traditional stove to cook the “baby’s month-old glutinous rice”, to ensure its aroma, texture and deliciousness. Thanks to the use of generous ingredients, each box of the glutinous rice weighs as much as 600g, and a large drumstick comes as standard. The drumstick is stewed instead of fried to introduce a healthier eating concept and maintain its flavor even after it is reheated in a microwave oven. In addition, bamboo tube glutinous oil rice is also available, which is prepared using the finest bamboos in Taiwan.
After heating, the bamboo tube will emanate a mild fragrance, thereby creating a unique flavor.
