Now she is able to ascertain the quality of mutton simply by looking at the goat. Her “culinary finesse” in creating magnificent flavors is widely popular among gourmands.
The signature dish of the restaurant is also mutton hot pot (the most popular variant in winter is Chinse herbal mutton hot pot and in the summer, mainly julienne ginger mutton is served). Stir-fries such as mutton liver, tripe or boiled mutton are also hot sellers.
