Founded in 1887, “Phoenix Eye Cake” is a product developed by ancestor Chui Zheng. During the Japanese Occupation Period in 1926, the store was awarded Tokyo, Japan’s Gold Medal for pastries including: crunchy cookie, phoenix cake, gelidium jelly, pineapple pastry and mung bean pastry.
