Founded by S.X. Yang in 1981, Ah-Xiu Mutton provides not only a lamb hot pot, but mutton liver fried with sliced ginger, pork belly slices, mutton innards fried with shredded ginger and pickled vegetable. Ah-Xiu guarantees freshness and hygiene.
The secret of the restaurant is the chosen mutton source: only the black or yellow wethers aged nine months to one year is chosen for the best taste.
