Walk into Tianzhuang and you will be immersed in a leisurely ambiance. The near flower nurseries are complemented by the relaxing scene of ducks and geese gliding across the pond. Sitting on the swing hand-built by the owner’s father, you will forget that this is a restaurant.
A neat pile of split longan wood is stacked on the left side of Tianzhuang’s entrance. This is used as firewood for roasting the Urn Chicken to ensure its crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside texture. The Urn Chicken goes well with pepper salt, and putting on gloves to enjoy the tender, juicy chicken is quite interesting as well. Other dishes such as three cups sauce eel and crispy fried pork intestine also offer magnificent flavors.
甕缸雞外酥內嫩,直接沾雞汁食用,或佐胡椒鹽都相當美味,帶上手套親手將鮮嫩的雞肉撥下,另有一番趣味。另外,三杯茄鰻、鹹酥大腸等,都滋味美妙。
