With nearly 40 years of history, Xu Mei Zhen Bakery’s headquarters is located in the countryside of Sanhe Township, a location so remote that people once asked the owner who the restaurant was serving.
However, the owner insists on making delicious wedding cakes using authentic ingredients, thus the restaurant gradually became well-known, with customers coming from Taipei and Kaohsiung. The store is so popular that even the customers’ children placed orders for wedding cakes for their wedding. After working as an apprentice at a renowned bakery in Lukang, the owner’s second son opened the Yanhai branch on Yanhai Rd. in Fuxing two years ago. Besides the popular wedding cakes, the bakery now also offers daily baked bread and cakes. Deliciousness and health are qualities that we value greatly, and we wish to share them with you.
