Started from its humble beginnings as a corner coffee shop, Ecoffee’s owner and his wife are both coffee aficionados who often travel the country to taste and compare different coffees. In light of the expensive pricing of imported coffee labels that often cost up to NT$100 but do not offer great taste, and with the quality of cheap coffees is even more deplorable, they decided to develop their own coffee and gave birth to Ecoffee, offering quality coffee at affordable prices. Named Ecoffee (One Coffee), the brand aspires to become the no. 1 chain coffee, whereas the letter E in Ecoffee also signified the coolest coffee shop in the digital age. After years of endeavor, Ecoffee has become one of the leading coffee chains on the market.
