Located next to the Lukang Folk Arts Museum, Master Ding's Mochi is the signature snack created by Zhenshan Zheng, a national treasure level dessert guru. The fillings are very distinctive and they include four flavors: salty meat, butter, peanut and red bean.
The salty meat mochi is made using hindquarter, green onion, shrimp and proprietary sauce.
This mochi is truly exceptional with its meat, shrimp and a nostalgic taste and is the signature item at the store.
