Shark’s fin hot pot is the most popular dish in the restaurant; the sumptuous white pomfret rice noodles are loaded with the tantalizing freshness of white pomfret that is fused with the broth and rice noodles. In addition, the salt baked razor shells, crispy mud shrimps, black pepper roasted spotted babylon and three cups sauce stingray, etc., all emanate authentic flavors and freshness. After serving the patrons, the owner will start making shrimp rolls using abundant fillings and caul fat. The shrimp rolls are deep-fried immediately to create aromatic, crunchy fried shrimp rolls.
