Founded in 1986, the restaurant specializes in beef noodles, sour and spicy noodles (soup), steamed dumplings, pickled mustard green and pork noodles, creamy corn soup, various noodles, and assorted side dishes. Started as a tiny corner stall, it has flourished into a storefront. Pork steamed dumplings: produced using the finest leeks, alpine cabbage, fresh pork as well as proprietary garnishes and seasonings.
Be careful not to poke a hole in the thin, translucent and chewy steam dumpling skin, and make sure to eat it on a spoon, because the juicy content will seep through the opening after you have taken a bite. The soup is the essence of the steamed dumpling.

薄如透明的咬Start來彈性十足的蒸餃皮,用筷子一夾,得小心不要把皮戳破,記得放在湯匙上品嚐,因為咬一口,會有豐富的湯汁順著薄皮緩緩流出,那可是蒸餃的精華所在。
