There is a house on the old street of Lukang with a sign that reads “Professional Pork Skin – Lukang Pork Skin King”. Now in the hands of the third generation descendant, the store offers traditionally handmade fried pork skin to local pork skin retailers in the Greater Lukang region; hence it has an appropriate name of “Pork Skin King”.
