The 40-year-old Chinese angelica duck store combines soup stock prepared according to an ancient recipe with a stew sauce slow-cooked using Chinese angelica, red dates, rehmannia glutinosa, Chinese wolfberry and astragalu. Although the soup is dark colored, it is free from bitterness. The store’s signature dishes are Chinese angelica duck noodles, duck noodles and black pudding.
