It is made by chopping fresh shrimps into paste form. The pig belly membrane is then used to wrap the shrimp paste containing shrimps by hand. The shrimp roll is deep-fried to create a crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside texture that oozes the wholesome flavor of shrimps with each bite.
