The Natural Ecological Education Center is located at the Changhua County National Wetlands, beside the wetlands at Dadu River Tributary. There are plenty of animals and plants, mainly Numenius arquata orientalis, Calidris alpina sakhalina, Charadrius alexandrinus dealbatus, Sternula albifrons sinensis, etc. Occasionally, we may see endangered species, such as Platalea minor, Saunders’s gull, etc. Being the best access to the understanding of the west coast ecology in Taiwan, it is also the best check-out spot for bloggers, with places like White Dolphin House and Shengang, which is nicknamed the “home of the fiddler crab”, “home of water birds”, etc. Located in the national wetlands, it also covers the wild animal reserved area. With a diverse ecology, there are 3D pictures on the walls. The dolphin-shaped architecture is an ideal place for an ecological trip.
