“He Xing Youth Startup Hub” is located behind the He Xing Police Station on Zhongshan Road, Lukang Town, Changhua County. It consists of a total of 8 buildings of which two are two-story buildings, occupying the area of 1,377 m2 and with the total of 10 spaces. In the hub, some wooden houses built during the period of Japanese rule and a pair of washed finish pillars remain. There are also public artworks created using traditional images. Standing on the overhead bridge on the second floor, visitors can overlook the beauty of the antique “wine jar wall”. These places have accompanied the childhoods of many people from Lukang. Strolling through the hub’s pedestrian zone is like walking into a time tunnel, returning to a beautiful childhood.
