The Qingshuiyan Recreation Area is located at Xucuoliao of Shetou Township. The main attractions include the elegant and serene Qingshuiyan Buddhist Monastery, lush greens in Qingshuiyan Forest Park, the well-equipped Qingshuiyan Camping Grounds, and the winding path in a serene paradise- the Changqing Bicycle Track. This area features lush greenery and primary forests. It is one of the top three mountain parks in Central Taiwan.

A Good Place to Submerge Yourself in the Air of Zen
Housed in an elegant architecture, Qingshuiyan Buddhist Monastery enshrines Sakyamuni Buddha and Guanyin Bodhisattva of South Seas. A Pagoda of Spring Light and a dragon pond grace the front court. This elegant Zen style architecture is guarded with walls and many traces of history and nostalgic memories are preserved in the gardens. It is a great place to immerse yourself in the Zen style tranquility.
