Established in 2005, Ximai is famous for its croissants, with more than 50 chain stores throughout Taiwan. People in different corners of Taiwan can taste its delicious croissants. In 2008, the croissant business changed. The Ximai Food Co. Ltd. located in Xianxi Township was established. Its founder Mr. Huang, Yi-Min and the like-minded colleagues dedicated themselves with the original intentions in bakery. They presented the original product – the puff. In 2012, its cheesecake was launched in the market, becoming a bestselling item throughout Taiwan. In the next year, it presented the egg rolls baked with natural butter, with the expectation of the market. In addition to selling the products it made, it also takes orders for baking custom-made cakes and pastries for chain restaurants.
Emerging on this piece of land, Ximai reminds itself of its origins. It hopes to bring more trade opportunities to the simple agricultural town by transforming itself into a sightseeing factory. In 2017 Ximai Baking Kingdom was established. It was also the first sightseeing factory specializing in egg roll production. In this place, visitors can see the entire process of egg roll baking. Presenting baking DIY courses, it achieves the goals of entertainment, leisure, and experience tourism. It also provides visitors with knowledge on food safety.
Ximai Baking Kingdom insists on selecting the best ingredients and safeguarding consumers’ interests. It mainly produces egg rolls, with desserts as side products. Using natural butter, it manufactures tasty and safe egg rolls. With the running of the sightseeing factory, it regards sustaining management as its operation goal.
