Dapu Road, the core of the district, links from north to south two main medical centers, Changhua Christian Hospital and Show Chwan Memorial Hospital. The business district stretches from Zhongxing Road in the north and Antou Lane in the south, covering all the shops in Yanping, Yanhe, Chengkung and Nanyao wards. Mainly attracting people with Taiwan’s traditional snacks, Dupu is currently the biggest business district in Changhua City in terms of the crowd flow. Its prospective development in the future is to integrate the resources of existing shops to bring in more people to taste the various kinds of traditional snacks found throughout the district, which will create sustainable business opportunities for local people.
Formed by stores from four villages: Yanping, Yanhe, Chenggong and Nanyao.
The gourmet market offers mainly traditional delicacies. It is the largest, most popular shopping district in Changhua. In the future, it is hoped to integrate the resources and features of all the stores in order to attract more patrons to Dapu Traditional Snack Shopping District and generate boundless businesses opportunities.
