The village offers services including lacquerware creation, commercial photography, preserved flower making, guqin performance, printmaking, illustration, watercolors, plantation design, family pizza making, and tea ceremony teaching. Besides making artworks, all resident craftsmen turn skills into classes and interact with visitors to re-define the function of Mt. Bagua and pour new vitality into aesthetics.
When travelling to the Baguashan Dafuo Scenic Area, visitors fond of aesthetics can check out the latest events on the Guashan Village website. In the village, craftsman creation DIY courses, and thematic lectures for knowledge sharing given by professional instructors will be arranged from time to time. Hug Muzik: In 2015, Li-Hsing Tseng brought her guitar across the island to exchange it for food and accommodation to start her singer and songwriter life. In 2017, she completed her first album “Those You Want to Hear”. Starting from Taiwan, she began her singing tour to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shandong, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Lijiang. She even traveled in Hong Kong Disneyland for free. Starting life from creation, she made four songs contributing to land with residents, youth, and farmers in Puli in 2017 and published the EP “How Wonderful the World Is” with the band “Weisheng Chuangzao”. Currently, she has moved to Changhua to learn beiguan in view of the long history of beiguan and temple fair culture, hoping to combine elements in beiguan with her works. Recently, she has established HUG MUSIK in “Guashan Village: Settlement of Living Aesthetics” on Mt. Bagua.
