In the winter of Qianlong 51, the immigrant leader Lin Shuang-wen began a rebellion in Dali, Taichung. In a month, the war spread all over the island and the Qing empire could not overcome the event. In the beginning of August, Qianlong emperor gave his orders to assign his most trustful Fu Kang-An, the Manzhou yellow-flag, affiliated officer as well as Shangan province head general to be the grand general. He led millions of villagers and tens of thousands of soldiers as well as hundreds of battle ships to sail out from Dadan Gate. Due to the sea tides and winds, his ships retreated to the shore several times. It was not until the end of October when he enshrined Youxianbailuo and sincerely prayed to the goodness that the tides and tail wind made him successfully sail out from Chongwuao. In less than a day, the whole troop arrived at Lukang and overcame the Lin Shuang-Wen event in three months. Fu An-Kang was aware of the blessings from the goodness and reported to the emperor. That year, he received the royal subsidy to build a temple in Lukang. Emperor Qianlong added “Xianshen zanshun” on the old name of the goodness and personally wrote down “Youji zhaolin”. Fu An-Kang also offered a plate written “Houde zetian” which was presented in year 53 to appreciate the sacred blessings.
