The Erlin Bikeway, formerly a section of the Taiwan Sugar Railway, has been transformed into a scenic 5.4-kilometer cycling path steeped in cultural heritage. From September to October, the floss-silk trees (Ceiba speciosa) beside Xiangtian Elementary School burst into bloom, their delicate pink blossoms draping the branches and turning the trail into a dreamy pink corridor. As winter arrives in December, the landscape shifts to a serene sea of buckwheat flowers.
