Established on the New Year’s day of 1950, NEW RICAR Watch & Clock Inc. was a local international enterprise in Lukang. For more than 5 decades, it had made significant breakthrough the watch art and technology, winning many awards in industrial design in Taiwan. It established its name among the watch makers and consumers. When “Zhenshi Gallery” moved into the old street, it injected neo-classical aesthetics into the neighborhood.
