To promote sports for all people and market the ecological beauty of Route 139 in Changhua City, sponsored by Changhua City Office, and co-sponsored by Changhua County Running and Sports Leisure Association, “2017 Changhua Route 139 Marathon” was held in the morning on the 17th at Changhua County Stadium. Mayor Wei Mingku of Changhua County was invited to attend the meet, and fire the pistol with Chiu Chienfu, the Mayor of Changhua City and others to announce the commencement of the marathon. In this event, it attracted about 2000 runners. The Shetou Township office hosted the “2017 Changhua Shetou Knitted Socks and Guava Festival” on December 8th, 9th and 10th (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) at the Shetou Township Fruit and Vegetable Market for boosting the promotion of the local featured products. It’s expected to be the first stop for travelers around the world when visiting Changhua.

The Changhua County government held the achievement presentation and the awarding ceremony of the “2017 Changhua community planning” at the Mt. Bagua Craftsman Market in the Great Buddha Scenic Area on the 2nd in the morning.
