It is an annual signature event in Changhua County held when the New Year is approaching. It takes place mainly in the Great Buddha Scenic Area in Mt. Bagua to exhibit various exquisite lanterns with unique creativity and distinctive themes. It combines the tourism resources in north and south Changhua County to attract a large number of tourists. With the “Flowers in Changhua” event held at Xizhou Park, tourists are able to appreciate the flowers in the daytime and enjoy the lanterns at night.
