With 40 years of history, it was formerly a thread trimming factory.
It was designed and constructed by Xin Chen An Spatial Aesthetics, attempting to retain its original crude conditions with some extra ideas in design.
To make the route smooth, the 8-inch wall at the back was demolished. A front door is built there instead. Architects were invited to reinforce the structure to promote accommodation quality. There are only 2 rooms and 1 social space in spatial design, due to the limitation of floor space - 30 ping. Entering the door, there is a lobby for social interchange.
