 Changhua City Wuda Hall was established in the 1929 and finished building in the eighteenth of October in 1930s, which is martial art place for the Judo and Kendo of Taichung chou Changhua Jin in the period occupied by the Japanese.
The part of the structure of the hall had been damaged in 921 earthquakes. The reparation work started last June and it adopted mostly the old ways for protecting the original face of the buildings. For example, the spring floor of Judo in the hall and the eaves are repaired according to the old pictures (the information resource is from the Tour in Changhua, Changhua government 2005.12)
