Originally the old building of Taiwan Cooperative Bank obliquely opposite the Confucius Temple being took back by Changhua City Hall , the Gu-Yue Folk Museum has become an exhibition place for the developing history of Changhu, and thus contained many historical photos and relics related to Changhua. In the third floor of the museum, there is the special section- “Changhua the First Section”, where many not widely known facts about “Changhua the First” are introduced. According to Teacher Zhinong Huang of Tsuoyang Workshop, who is in charge of the content of the exhibition, people generally feel bored about history; therefore, they list up many “Changhua the First” to arouse the public's interest on the history of Changhua County.
