Historic BuildingsJie Jiao Ci
This is the only one temple that worships chastity women in Taiwan, as a result, it has huge meaning in culture. It was built in Qing Dynasty in 1887, and worships totally 462 chastity women. However, it was ruined by war and remodeled in 1923.

Inside the Jie Jiao Ci, you will find different rooms with different functions and all of them have dedicate sculpture with hand painting on them. Also, a more than 100 years old tree beside presents the spirit of the temple.

Qing Anne Gong
The place has been marked as the third grade among historic spot. It was built in 1817 in Quing Dynasty and was the belief center among immigrants. Qing Anne Gong worships "Pao Shen Emperor" who was taken as medication god by people at that time.

Kai Hwa Ci
The place has been marked as the third grade among historic spot. It was built in Qing Dynasty in 1724 and remodeled in 1753 and 1840 because of war and fire ruined it. The old name of Kai Hwa Ci is Guanyin Tin, and by the name you can kind who its worships is Guanyin.
Address: 134, Chung Hwa Street.

Huai Zhong Ci
It has been ranked the third grade of historic spots. According to the history, 18 brave warriors had fight hardly to protect hometown while "Ping Pu" race tried to repelled Qing Dynasty. Therefore, the dynasty built the temple in memory of those 18 brave soldiers.

It was built in 1883 and remodeled in 1923.

Qwan De Temple
Chang Hwa Emperor Temple, built in 1735; has been ranked the third grade of the historic spots. In 1800 after the dynasty suppressed the local repel and moved to the current place. Inside the temple is full of wood sculpture with dedicate paintings; besides, horizontal inscribed boards are everywhere to keep the literature culture. From the structure of the building, you will find the style of Kwangtung Province.

Ding Quang Buddha Temple
It was remodeled by the donation from believers in 1848 for the huge earthquake in Cha Hwa and had its current name. Unlike other temples, Ding Quang Buddha temple doesn't have spectacular outlook. But it right on the major traffic center and people always worship when pass by becoming a special scene here.

Nan Yao Kung
It already has more than 200 year history and worship the "God Mother" in Chinese custom. The temple is so spectacular that experienced two kings of Qing Dynasty to build. A word of mouth story was told that God Mother showed the miracle to bless local residents, as a result, residents raised the fund then the temple finally completed.

Fu De Ci
Fu De Ci worships "Land Gong" who is well known by the name of protecting land. We can only estimate the temple was built in the period of Qing Dynasty, when was governed by Qian Long King.
The temple has been ruined partly during Japan dominated Taiwan for expanding the road, however, comparing with the Fu De Ci in Kaohsung, this one is still far away spectacular and beautiful especially most Fu De Ci in Taiwan are small and with no culture treasure.
