Long Shen Temple
There are five "Long Shen" temples in Taiwan located in Tan-Shui, Wan-Hwa, Lu-Kung, Tai-Nan, and Kaohsung. According to the history, they are branches of temples in Mainland China and built from 1646 to 1661.

During "Qing Dynasty" in 1784, the transportation between Taiwan and Mainland China became prospector; as a result, more and more people visited the Long Shen temple. To accommodate all visitors, Long Shen temple had been moved to current places-south of Lu-Kung, which used to be called "Kung-Di".
In the old times, Long Shen temple was build far away from business district because people believe quiet place will help them to practice Buddhist rules. It surrounded by pools in the front as well as in the back to have the quiet and beautiful environment.

Confucius Temple
The Confucius Temple has played an important on the development of education in the middle of Taiwan. This historic and traditional building with such a big meaning that build in 1726 during Quing Dynasty and the current structure is totally followed the old time.

The "Bai-Sha" book collection institute only preserved the 2/3 part comparing to the original due to Japan spoiled purposely in name of street restructure plan during its dominated.

The current outlook of the Confucius Temple was kept from remodeling on 1830. It has different rooms with different function with beautiful designs, especially the main hall is extremely spectacular contains hand sculpture with in it.
